Join this festive run or walk for a great cause – to benefit Reliance Health, Inc., a non-profit community mental health center serving individuals across Eastern CT. The race starts at Kelly Middle School with a gorgeous run through Mohegan Park and along the Spaulding Lake Path.

A fun family event to get moving and active. Also a FREE Fit Kids Fun Run for little ones. For those who want to get moving to support the cause but can’t make it on race day, join the virtual option and take on the 5K anytime over the weekend from any location.

There is a NEW feature to be able to fundraise for Reliance Health as an individual racer or as a team. Check it out during registration.

All 5K participants will receive a high-quality long sleeve technical shirt and finisher medal.
